At California Mattresses, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.

1. Return Acceptance Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Any request made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A mattress is eligible for return if:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The mattress is in unused, clean, and undamaged condition

  • There are no stains, odors, tears, burns, or signs of misuse

  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, mattresses must remain in resale-acceptable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Mattresses returned after 14 days

  • Mattresses showing physical damage, stains, or unsanitary conditions

  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling

4. Exchange Policy

  • One exchange is allowed within 14 days of delivery

  • Exchanges depend on product availability

  • Price differences may apply

  • Exchanged items must meet all return condition requirements

5. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization.
